[About Immigration Range]

Making the game environment healthy and balanced is our code of conduct.

Therefore, this adjustment will make the immigration range into mostly states of the same season to ensure a more balanced environment, and more immigration range will be added later on.

To make home feel like home, we used the initial state to determine the immigration range, and everyone can still return to their initial state when the new rules apply.

State total power equation = The sum of top 100 commanders of the state (Tallied once per hour)

The immigration interface is being optimized, and will display the state situation more clearly.
